Does Beaver Doc upload my documents?
No. Document parsing, OCR and translation run locally. Only optional model downloads and commercial license activation use the network.
Which systems are supported?
Windows 10 and 11 (installer or portable), macOS on Apple silicon and Intel (DMG), and Linux (AppImage or .deb). All 64-bit. The Windows build needs no installer.
What will you email me?
Private beta invitations and meaningful product releases. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Can I use my own terminology?
Yes. Glossaries are enforced during translation, and translation memory can exchange TMX files with established localization tools.
